McBucks Configuration
Control how McBucks are earned. For time-based metrics (OEPE, MFY, Counter), a lower number is better. McBucks are earned based on how many seconds below the 4-week average the store runs.
💰 Earning System
McBucks are earned purely on performance — no base rate. Each metric (OEPE, MFY, Counter) is calculated independently per hour worked. Configure the tiers on the right. Beat the average by 0 seconds or worse = $0.
Example — 4hr shift, OEPE 8s below avg
$3 × 4hrs = $12

🏆 Performance Tiers
McBucks earned per hour worked, per metric, based on how many seconds below the 4-week average the store runs. No base rate — purely performance based. Each metric (OEPE, MFY, Counter) is calculated independently.
Tier 1 — Beat average by 1–5 seconds
Tier 2 — Beat average by 6–10 seconds
Tier 3 — Beat average by 11+ seconds
